Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice.
Our Policy:
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount will be a minimum of the deposit up to the amount of the scheduled service.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
We require a deposit of half of the service to secure your service appointment. This deposit will be applied to your service balance unless you miss your appointment without 48 hours notice.
If you are scheduling a prepaid appointment and cancel less than 48 hours or no show, this will result in a forfeiture of your session and a cancellation fee
